Hi! We're Sel (Strudelle) and Ray (Rayfromspace), two artists from Mexico City. We started selling our creations locally at art fairs, conventions and art exhibitions around 2016, and started selling online on 2020.
Individually, we have dedicated ourselves to designing a variety of unique products. Each piece we create is a work of art that captures ideas, stories and emotions. As paintings and prints, they are perfect for decorating your home or workspace, filling them with expressiveness and color. She has experience working in various fields, such as animation, education, editorial design, videogames, and toy design for international clients.  How can I place an order?

 How long does it take to finish a commission?
Each commission listing has its approximate time frame for completion on it's description. Please keep in mind that the time frame can vary based on the number of characters and the complexity of the piece.Â
 PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
 How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Depending on the chosen platform and whether it is a national or international delivery, the products arrive within 15 to 30 days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the location and the selected shipping method.
 Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. During the checkout process, you can select your shipping country. However, please note that if there are additional charges such as customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.
 How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that tracking number on our shipment tracking page to track the progress of your package.
 Can I request a refund?
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and we will work with you to find a suitable solution. This may include a refund or a replacement depending on the circumstances. For art commissions, you can ask for cancellations and refunds before starting the commission or get a partial refund after the sketch phase.
