How to get an art commission?
1. Send us a mesage on our instagram profile or via email with the general details of the character you would like for your commission, once approved you can make the purchase here on the website. If you prefer you can also ask for a paypal invoice as well.
2. Once you've made the purchase send your character description and visual references, with details such as clothing, accessories, weapons, hair color, eye color, personality, preferred pose, etc. You can leave some of the details to the artists if you prefer. If this is your first time getting a commission you can check this guide for a more in depth explanation.
3. Once we check that the information is complete we will be sending you the date of your first update. We will be sending an initial sketch that you can check and make revision on before continuing to color. The high resolution files for your finished art will be JPG and transparent PNG (300 dpi).
Turnaround time
6-12 days for a character depending on its complexity
20-30 days for groups and/or if it includes a detailed background
These are an estimate and are dependent on the complexity of your character and our own workload, if you'd like to gift the art to a friend and need it before a certain date, please let us know beforehand so we can organize our times and have it on the time needed.
Revisions
To ensure you're satisfied with the results, all commissions include in the price 2 rounds of revisions for the sketch phase and 2 for color corrections and small details adjustments. Revision beyond this have an extra cost.
Printing
Files for commissions are letter size and high resolution (300 dpi) for printing at home or at a print shop, if you would prefer a different size just let us know.
All commissions are for personal use only (gifts, profile pictures, portraits,etc)
