1. Process for Returns and Exchanges

Refunds: If the item you received is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or significantly differs from what is displayed on the site, it is eligible for a refund. In such cases, you can attach evidence of the problem, such as photographs and/or a detailed description. If an order does not arrive within the expected time, we will review the tracking number of the shipped product and initiate an investigation in collaboration with the shipping service to determine the location of the package. If we are unable to resolve the situation, we will discuss with you the possibility of issuing a refund or providing a replacement.

Returns: Thee item must be returned unused and in its original packaging, once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Unless the item has damages or theres an issue in our end, you are responsible for securely packaging the item for return shipping, including the use of appropriate protective materials. Please remember to include your order number in the package to help us process your refund more efficiently.

Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the criteria outlined in our return policy. If approved, we will process the refund through the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. Exceptions

Customized or Personalized Items: Items that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.

Digital Art Commissions: Due to the nature of digital art commissions delivered as digital files, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the commission has been completed and delivered to the client. Upon initiation, we will provide you with sketches and updates to ensure your satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues during this process, please let us know and we will do our best to solve them. If you find an error with the received files, please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
